We promise to fully inform you of each step that must be taken to design, estimate, and construct your project. You will be kept up to date and informed of the anticipated timelines for each pre-build process step so you can make plans with confidence.
We promise to explain how your project will proceed and provide you with an approximate time schedule for each stage so that there are no surprises during the building process and so that you can better plan your life.
We promise that a fully licenced builder will oversee your project. Any subcontractors we use on your project will be properly trained and/or registered in their area of expertise. We have all the necessary skills to finish your project in its entirety. In the unlikely event that we come across something unfamiliar to us, we will first seek a fully qualified "second opinion" before taking action.
We commit to starting and finishing your project on schedule. You will be informed right away of any changes to project costs and schedule in the event of an unforeseen building situation or a delay beyond our control. These include any alterations you might need to make while the build phase is underway.
At the end of each day, your site will be left tidy. Any hazards will be properly isolated or fenced, and all trash will be properly contained and disposed of.
If necessary, we promise to properly secure your home before we leave your site.
We promise to complete your project according to high standards of quality workmanship. If any aspect of your project is found to fall short of our high standards, we will make it right at no additional charge.
You have a guarantee that the price stated in the contract will be what you pay. Unless prior approval has been obtained, there are no extra fees.
We promise that the project specifications will include a list of everything required to finish your project. The products and services specified in your agreement will be provided to you. You will be informed in writing if a sudden change becomes necessary and asked to give your consent before incurring any extra costs. During the construction process, if a better product or construction technique is discovered, we will let you know about it and give you a credit.
