From there, we arrange a first meeting where we focus on the outcome you’re hoping to achieve. Then, we’ll determine how Thomas Construction and the related subtrades can meet your needs while also going above and beyond.

The local council will need to approve some projects. We will give you advice on how to approach requesting the required permissions and outline what is required.

We proceed to the design, pricing, or estimate stage if both you and British Property Specialists believe we are the best choice for the project. A project comparison meeting will be set up if we are comparing our pricing to that of other companies. During this meeting, we will go over all pricing in detail, compare what has been included in each quote, and determine which quote offers the best value for you.

If both of us agree to move forward, we finish the required paperwork, set up the deposit, and proceed to the procurement and scheduling stages.

Construction Advance payments. Progress payments will be made as outlined in our proposal. Variations. Before beginning work, any additional tasks or modifications will be agreed upon. Walkthroughs. Once the project has started, we schedule routine walkthroughs to discuss the current stage, the upcoming stages, and any questions or potential alternatives that you may have or that we may find. Quality Controls We use “British Property Specialists’ Checklists” at various stages of the construction process, which we finish before moving on. These ensure that nothing is overlooked, but more importantly, they verify that our team and the associated subcontractors have successfully completed each stage to our standards.

You will receive an invoice for your final payment once the building work is finished. After that, we’ll conduct a walkthrough to make sure you’re satisfied. Any problems will be identified and fixed. The necessary certifications will then be organised by Britiah Property Specialists.

A six-month checkup will be performed by British Property Specialists to make sure everything is operating as it should.
